Our mission is to empower adults with unique abilities through inclusive employment, skill development, education, and advocacy. We believe in fostering independence, celebrating diversity, and creating a more equitable society.
Our Vision
Our vision is to open a beverage shop (think Swig!) employing adults with a variety of abilities. We know that it can be challenging finding supportive places of employment for these individuals. We have a strong passion for supporting this population. Our goal is to offer a wide variety of opportunities to ensure that everyone can find a position that best suits their skills and strengths.
